The concept of catastrophic disclosure is that all previously withheld disclosures are all revealed at once-creating a shock to the collective consciousness. This is the "Event" as we can best understand it. The big questions to be answered next year will also revolve around power, influence and money. The new paradigm of leadership requires us to use all forms of power in integrity and for the highest good of all.
